This is a launch-ready structure, but it must be reviewed against the final analytics, billing, AI, calendar and youth-data setup before production.

What we collect

Account information, planning inputs, settings, product activity needed to provide the service and any data you explicitly connect or choose to provide.

How we use it

To provide your Execution Profile, create and improve plans, support realistic capacity planning, support account security, billing and customer support, and improve the product.

Sensitive and youth data

GetCapable should use data minimisation by default. Capable Start requires age-appropriate privacy, clear parental controls where applicable and careful review against the UK Children’s Code before launch.

Calendar and timetable photo import

If you choose the photo-import feature, the selected timetable/calendar image is sent for one-time machine analysis so GetCapable can extract visible time blocks. GetCapable does not persist the image in your planning record; you review the extracted capacity before applying it.

Your choices

Users should be able to disconnect integrations, change sensory and personalisation settings, request account deletion and understand what information is used for personalisation.
